How to check out equipment​

Check the availability of the equipment you are looking to rent out using the calendar on this page.

Fill out the TV @ AAI Rental Form at the bottom of the page.

We will confirm availability and price over email. Rentals are first come first served and equipment cannot be checked out less than two days in advance. We will get back to you within 48 hours of your request.

Make a payment via Cashapp.

Pick up your rental from TV @ AAI, located at 1223 Vine Street, open 12-6 Tuesday to Friday and 12-4 on Saturdays. When you pick your rental up, check that the kit contains all of the contents pictured in the inventory card that comes with the equipment. If anything is missing or damaged, let us know by emailing television.farm@gmail.com or calling 215-460-1986.

To return your rental, bring the equipment back to TV @ AAI and place it back in the cubby that you took it from. Take a photo of the equipment once you return it to the cubby and text it to the number listed above. Once we receive the image of your rental, your return is complete. Thanks!
